Room Calls Stacked for Days Then Majors Flashed 10–20% Green

Barkmeta and Shibo spent mid-August pressing bottom-in-weeks language on X and in linked rooms. A majors session soon printed roughly 10–20% green across the board.

Christian Barker (Barkmeta / Bark) kept hosting State of Crypto while stacking fresh X Spaces links through the 19–21 August window, and David Chaboki (Shibo) did the same from his daily room as both accounts tightened the same message on the open timeline.

What they said was not a vague vibe check. It was a short, repeatable operator brief: the bear was in its final stretch, the cycle bottom was weeks away, holders who already sat through the hard part should stay stacked, and a hard or giga rally was loading. By about 20–21 August the posts flipped from “coming” to “here,” with majors showing green on the chart and both hosts pointing listeners back into the live rooms.

The call stack before the green session

On 13 August, Barkmeta framed a bull larger than most people were pricing, tying AI, tech, and culture converging on-chain to the next leg. A day later the language sharpened: final stretch of the crypto bear, bottom in weeks, cuts, Clarity, and ETFs landing together, and a pump harder than anything prior in the cycle. On 16 August the same account told anyone still in crypto to double down, arguing every previous cycle ran to all-time highs after the bottom and that quitting after the hard stretch was how people missed the move.

Shibo ran a parallel track the same week. On 16 August he called the next phase the loudest bull market in history, with institutions and retail flooding back and alts and memes going wild for anyone who stacked over the prior four years. On 17 August the post was more immediate: massive pumps across the board any day, with everything pointing to imminent god candles. Across 18–19 August he urged buying rather than waiting for a perfect Q4 low, citing an SEC proposal, ETF bids, BlackRock allocation talk, and a CLARITY Act vote, and telling the room to start buying right then.

By 19 August Barkmeta was already saying the crypto bull market was starting, pointing at ETF inflows, Clarity progress, dollar weakness, and a rotation into crypto, and separately floating that most majors could 10x and most alts 50x from those levels. Both hosts kept posting multiple Spaces links in that same 19–21 August band so the argument lived in audio as well as text.

Numbers that led the move

Leadership of the session showed up in the print Shibo shared on 20 August. The screenshot put BTC near $71,781.68 up about 10.03%, ETH near $2,283.50 up about 17.96%, XRP near $1.223 up about 20.37%, SOL near $86.56 up about 10.18%, and DOGE near $0.07755 up about 10.01%, with the rest of the board green. The caption called it the biggest crypto pump of their lives and then clarified it was only the beginning of the larger move.

The next day both accounts stayed on offense. Barkmeta posted that the crypto bull market was here, that two years of selling had shaken out most retail, and that everything could still 10–50x from there. Shibo described a giga rally already starting with violent pumps, said crypto was pumping harder than people imagined, and floated aspirational marks including BTC at $400k, SOL at $1k, and ETH at $10k by year end. Those were directional leadership calls timed against a real majors session, not lab-perfect hits on every level and date.

Why the rooms mattered

Operators who only wait for confirmation often enter after the first violent green candles. The useful signal here was the multi-day consistency: bottom in weeks, double down, buy now, bull is starting, then the board showing double-digit majors on the same week the Spaces links kept dropping. Barkmeta and Bark pressed the macro and rotation frame on State of Crypto. Shibo pressed urgency and cycle history on The Crypto Show and in his own posts. Together they gave the timeline a clear long-bias brief while many accounts were still flat or waiting for a cleaner low.

What operators take from this story

This story is about leadership of a move, not magic. Mid-to-late August posts from @barkmeta and @GodsBurnt framed the end of the bear, urged holders not to quit, and then met a session where majors ripped roughly 10–20% with XRP and ETH leading the print. Live rooms carried the same message in the same window. Directional timing and conviction showed up on the chart. Exact path dependence on every future candle is still the market’s job. For anyone tracking mindshare, KOLs, and daily Spaces, the August call log is the reference file when the next quiet stretch invites the same freeze response.
